If it's not working correctly for you, then I'll bet it's almost definitely a theme-specific problem. We see that frequently with so many people uploading free themes out there, and getting them all to behave as you wish can be tedious. I got a completely different screen, although most of the selections, such as horizonatal spacing were the same. After I added a picture though, setting it to the left of the text, when I published it the picture was all alone, with no text wrapping.
